We’ve invested in automated tools to help speed up document verification and AP confirmation. There are three components to an application

Your Details

Make sure you've given us all details and documents and that your dashboard shows all information is complete Then pay the £10 fee

Co-Signer

Your co-signer will also need to complete ID verification and answer some questions

Accommodation

Finally, the accommodation provider will need to confirm details their end and agree to the contract

We use email, SMS and a dashboard to keep you informed!

  • Look at your dashboard - have you completed all the steps and paid the application fee?
  • Has your co-signer completed their steps?
  • If you and your co-signer have done everything you'll receive an SMS to say it's with the accommodation provider - you'll also see this in red at the top of your dashboard - If you can't see this, look through the dashboard to see what else you need to complete
  • If your application is with your accommodation provider, call them and ask them to complete the required steps to complete with us
  • If you need to move in within 3 working days you might want to use our fast track service

Guarantor Application Check List

You must meet the requirements below:

  • Student Studying in the UK or Ireland
  • Have proof of identity: a passport, provisional or full driving licence
  • Have proof of study documents from UCAS or a letter from your University
  • Have a proof of address document dated within the last 2 months
  • Have a Co-signer ready. What is a Co-signer?
  • Have a place to rent? If you don’t try our House Finder Service

Guarantor Application Check List

You must meet the requirements below:

  • Be employed or self-employed
  • Earn at least 1.5 times your share of the monthly rent
  • Have proof of income, for the last 3 months
  • Have proof of identity: a passport, provisional or full driving licence
  • Have a proof of address document dated within the last 2 months
